All repair call and site visits can be logged by selecting 'Submit a request'.
If you have received an invoice from Network Print to an email address. This email address has an account setup already.
Follow this procedure to log calls and view call history:
- Select Sign In
- Use your email address you receive invoices to
- Select Reset Password
- After password reset. Sign In as normal
